Nineteen hopefuls passed the Career Executive Service Written Examination (CES WE)

Nineteen hopefuls from different agencies in the region passed the Management Aptitude Test Battery (MATB) or the Career Executive Service Written Exam (CES WE) conducted on August 27, 2010 at the Cagayan State University (CSU) – Andrews Campus, Tuguegarao City by the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) through the request of the Cagayan Valley Association of Career Executives (CVACE).

From 115 valiant examinees, 19 had passed the said examination which covered Verbal Ability, Analytical Ability and Managerial Ability aimed to measure the aptitude, job performance, managerial competence and faithful service of the applicants.

After the written examination, the passers will further undergo three screening processes which include assessment of managerial capabilities and competence through the Assessment Center (AC), validation of performance on-the-job and interview by the CES Board to acquire the CES Eligibility.
